San Antonio needs another large building

Anyone know of any plans for San Antionio to get large building in downtown anytime soon?

The only thing I know of which im sure you do as well is the new Hotel which will be 2nd tallest next to the Tower of Americas. Our only hope for large new buildings downtown may be some new hotels. Hopefully downtown Condo Market picks up and some projects get going. Downtown is so alive and so much to do im really suprised we dont have many Res buildings downtown. Who knows maybe HEB will make a large building downtown.. One Can hope right?

I'm kinda suprised that the condo boom hasn't hit dt SA like it has in other cities across the south. Hopefully sales for the condos that will be a part of the convention center hotel will go quickly and catch the interest of other developers.
