Questions about a couple buildings

2 buildings that have caught my eye lately that I was curious if anyone knows anything about.

1 - If you are looking at the Pearl St building from the drivethrough of the dunkin donuts there what may have been an old fire station to the left. Anyone know the story behind it? It has been badly remuddled, but looks like it could be pretty cool.

2 - Store-front hispanic church on Valley Street. Its kind of a low slung building that has a Marquee of sorts out front. Did this used to be a movie theatre, or was it a retail building?

Also, does anyone know whats up with Valueland on Smith Street? I cant beleive it's still vacant. I know PC wanted it, but I wasnt sure what happened with that.

Somewhere on this board someone reported that PC is going to do something with the old Valueland site. I think it's going to be athletic.
