Analysts split on Fidelity's spinoff

RIVERSIDE -- Fidelity National Financial Inc.'s announcement that it was spinning off its title insurance business into a largely company-owned subsidiary known as Fidelity National Title Group Inc. generated two distinct reactions from analysts.

I thought I had read somewhere before that the creation of this new company would result in two Fortune 500 companies created out of Fidelity. Does anyone have any information about this?

I don't know about the title business (It could be), however, I do know that Fidelity Information Services, which has been discussed as a spinoff for months, does have the revenue to crack the Fortune 500. However, when this happens is really anyone's guess
