Well figures recently released re-emphasizes what most of us already know. Arkansas has the fastest growing Hispanic rate in the country. From 1990 to 2007 there's been a 1,322% increase. Of course Arkansas relatively low population compared to other states helps. I know NWA and southwest Little Rock seems to be the two main concentrations in the state. Does anyone know of any others?

Because of migrant labor agriculture there are some near Hope and Warren.
