Winn Dixie has just announced which 102 stores are in agreement to be sold. Three stores in the surrounding Chattanooga area are now in agreement to be sold:

Winn Dixie Marketplace #1938

St. Elmo Central

3801 Tennessee Avenue

Chattanooga, TN

Winn Dixie Marketplace #1942

North Hixson Marketplace

8530 Hixson Pike

Hixson, TN

Winn Dixie Marketplace #1944

Greenwood Marketplace

8634 Highway 58

Harrison, TN

All three stores have received bids from Bi-Lo, so it is very likely these will become Bi-Lo stores. Does anyone know the conditions of these Winn Dixie Marketplace stores?
