Council considers oceanfront condo project

A 40-unit condominum project is being proposed at Atlantic Beach's south end at 32nd Avenue South. Tewlve oceanfront units and 28 second-row units facing north toward Crescent Beach would have four-bedroom, four-bath units that are 2,100 square feet each.

A two level 15,000 business may go up at US 17 and 29th Avenue North.

Both above projects are being developed by The Kelly Group.

Marathon Development is planning a 400+ unit condominium development after acquiring five oceanfront lots.

hey dragon saw this in paper when i was down in mb but havent been able to find any info about the two groups marathon/kellyany links would help thanksthink it would be great if they opend upatlantic beach finaly thanks again
