Couple of things:

1. The tower crane is now up and working at the Spire site.

2. The penthouses at the new Four Seasons will now sell for up to $10 milllion rather than the originial $8 million.

3. The parking lot has been cleared at 1401 Lawrence. Looks like the sales center will be built there with the building to follow.

4. The massive dirt lot across Blake from Coors Field is now being ripped up and made into apartments and condos.

Lots and lots and lots...

What we really need to do is compile a list of proposed and u/c projects that are over say... 10-stories, or otherwise very significant. That would be a good starting point for tracking downtown Denver development, I think.

No sense in re-inventing the wheel. What I'd like to see is each of the projects with its own construction thread providing full details on each project and periodic photo updates on each as well. I'm pretty impressed with the Four Seasons and the Spire projects as well as a couple of others that are U.C. in Denver.

Not sure if this is a serious proposal or just a concept. A high rise hotel that would replace a couple low rise buildings along the 16th street mall.

Wow, that thing is nasty looking. Has a certain Carnival Cruise Lines quality to it.

All the building structure pics are splendid. These type of residential towers should always be lacated near to schools, hospitals, markets, etc. In short which are in center of the city. This will save the time of tenants and money for traveling to these places.
