A new Solis Hotel will be opening in northwest San Antonio in late 2007. The new chain is planned to be on the same level as the Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons. The Solis Hotel in San Antonio will have 150-rooms, a spa, gourmet restaurant, fitness center, outdoor bar and lounge, and meeting space.

Construction in San Antonio will begin in the spring of 2006. The four-story hotel will include 22 suites, 8,500 square feet of meeting and banquet space, a 4,500-square-foot junior ballroom, a 2,000-square-foot meeting room, and two boardrooms of 800 and 600 square feet.

The spa and fitness center will cover 8,000 square feet.

The Solis Hotel will be built near the intersection of Loop 1604 and I-10, close by the Shops at La Cantera and other malls that are being developed.

In addition to San Antonio, Solis Hotels will also be opening in these cities in 2007:

Chicago

Alpharetta, GA (outside Atlanta)

Paradise Valley, AZ (outside Pheonix)
