Encouraged by brisk sales of their Grand Central at Kennedy project, Mercury Advisors announced The Martin in July, 2005. The 22 story tower will include 370 residential units and about 25,000 square feet of retail space. The tower features three rooftop pools and a public park. The $112 million project takes it's name from developer Frank Bombeek's wife's maiden name.

I think you have pretty much all the information they've released thus far. It was just announced earlier this week. Same people that are doing Grand Central on Kennedy.
