Cousins plans 650 condos / retail at Concourse

Just read in the Atlanta Business Chronicle that Cousins Properties is planning to build 650 condos and additional retail near the "King & Queen" buildings at the Center Perimeter Concourse. According to the article:

"...the developer is requesting rezoning for the project, including a use permit to exceed the district height. "

Not sure what the district height limit is (anyone know?) but the King & Queen buildings are 35 stories each I believe so maybe a pretty tall tower going up.
