This building is a multi-level arcade. It is a very early version of a mall. The center is open with tiers of walkways and a glass roof. Inside is an art gallery, a cafe, and small offices and sevice companies.

This is a great looking building. I like the Paladian Entry and the glass covered interior. Part of the early transition into realizing that light improved morale and productivity. I'm certain that the shoppers at the time were very impressed.
