Is Sumner the next Williamson?

Recommended Posts

It could be so according to the Tennessean...

With Williamson not slowing down, Nashville seems to be doing an excellent job attracting high-paying white collar jobs to the area.

hendersonville is attracting a lot of million dollar homes out there. the lake helps too, something which williamson county doesn't have. i do think that some high rollers will start to move to the downtown area though.

I dont get too excited talking about suburban sprawl. I hate to see high paying office jobs venture out to suburbia. I think will the explosion of downtown and its surrounding neighborhoods areas like Hendersonville will begin to slow a bit, but this will take years.
