A rather dated but timely (considering terrorism these days) article on how to survive the bomb. It's interesting to note that we did go ahead and develop the hydrogen bomb (see page 18) and it is is now the preferred bomb of choice of the United States.

Brings back memories of civil defense classes from school days during the Cold War, and all those filmstrips telling you how to build and stock a good home fallout shelter. People in our little town actually built those things in their backyards.
