Yup just bare concrete. The west side of the building looks even worse. A lot of bare concrete on that side. That side is finished.

What an embarassment! That site is what we should consider the "Gateway" site. It's the first thing you see when you start to slow down as 385 ends. Look! We have lots of prisoners in our gigantic jail! And, check out our sprawling law enforcement campus! We have lots of crime in Greenville!

The finished product. I don't think it looks bad. It's OK for what it is. A jail. I'm much more against the power lines (seen in photo) not being buried!
