Unfortunately you get what you pay for. GooglePages is pretty limited with what you can do, but still better than most free hosts. I have paid hosting at A Small Orange and literally do nothing with it. Their prices are not the lowest but their service is the best I've dealt with. You should check them out, or I could probably host you for awhile until you got a host on your own.
