Wow...I really can't wait to see what Tampa will be like 10 years from now when I am 30. I love the market square idea...reminds me of New York. Tampa is defintely up and coming....I think this concept will be a vital aspect to re-development of Downtown, Channelside, Ybor and Tampa Heights if all goes as planned I would defintely invest within this community. Lets just cross our fingers.
