Hey everyone:

Just came across this site in the last couple of days and have been living in CLT for over 15 years now. I wanted to get everyone's opinion on the new condo project being currently devised on Park Rd called Parkwood Knoll. Anyone think this particular project would be a good investment over the long term if I plan to live in it for quite some time or would it be a good "flip" property? Please advise. Thanks

Indeed. The rules are written in what I consider very simple english. You even have to click on the check mark that you have read them before you are allowed to register.

I apologize for the post and if it offended any of you. Like I said earlier, I was mainly looking to get some feedback from people about this particular place because I am considering purchasing for myself and family to live in for quite some time. I am from the North, so I had no idea this would upset so many people, it's alittle different from where I come from. I just wanted to get some opinions from local Charlotteans about this particular project, since I do plan to come to NC in a years time, and want to make sure what the area is like in Charlotte. This particular property was introduced to me from my agent, and I just wanted to get people's feedback on it. If that is a violation to the rules, then I will just not post as you wish. Again, I apologize for the post, and I don't want to stir any troubles.

Do they not speak English in the part of the North that you are from? This isn't a question of us being offended. Its a question of you owning up to what you did which you seem to be unable to do. You agreed to read and understand the rules when you signed up here and as far as I know an elementary student should be able to understand them. This "I really didn't know I was breaking the rules" excuse is really annoying and its an insult to the others here who do follow the rules and take responsibility for their actions.

If it was up to me, I would say pack your bags and move back North.
