Add an upscale condominium project on Baum Boulevard to the slew of new development taking shape in East Liberty.

I saw that pointbreeze and all I can say is I like the fact that finally in this city the condo/apartments/niche hotels projects are just too numerous to count anymore. That whole strip from Luna Park east is really taking off nicely. Hope the city can multiply their success with this template elsewhere (hoping for the bluff, the fifth/forbes and west end any day now).
