Afternoon edition for Sunday:

This was taken across the street from McBee Station. Great views from here. Hopefully we'll see some developments on this side of McBee. Something taller would take advantage of what will be great locations and some fantastic views.

This can also serve as a "pre-Peacock" picture. In addition to a "pre- 133 S. Main" picture

Some very cool shots on here lately!

I stopped at the Kilgore-Lewis House and Gardens today at lunch to snap a few pics. Here is a shot from the "back yard" looking over Springwood Cemetery:

...an absolutely gorgeous shot of a modern high-rise and church spire in edge of evening light. That spire seems to be quite tall...but probably not as tall as St. Matthews in Charleston.

I would definitely say not. That's St. Mary's Catholic Church. Can someone confirm: Isn't Downtown Baptist our tallest steeple? Or atleast downtown? I wonder how tall it is...?

Monday, 02-JUL-2007, PM Edition:

...RiverPlace is a handsome place...much similar in design (though I prefer Greenville's brick and more use of glass better) of a new development in San Francisco's "Gift Center"/Adobe area that is darker and not as tall...

That guy can throw heat. I saw him pitch on Monday, he was amazing.

This is actually the starter from Sunday afternoon. He was flat out bringin' it. He hit 104 mph several times and was very rarely ever below 97 mph. I was amazed that such a short dude (they have him listed at 6'0", but he's no taller than 5'10") could generate so much power...
