Denton, over at Greenville Daily Photo, posted a photo of an unusual sign I have been meaning to photograph myself. It's the Ambassador Hotel sign that can be seen along the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Why there was suddenly an advertisement for a hotel in Duluth, MN (in 1920's prices) was a mystery, but it was discovered that it was used for the movie Leatherheads.

Since the image is copyrighted, I will only link to it. ^_^

That is a neat find....great photo. :) I also noticed his photo from the day before was a shot of the reborn Poinsett sign....another great photo! :thumbsup:

Beautiful shot of Court Square, RT!

What historical value does the Symphony Center have (if any)? It seems like an odd place for a two story building that's not extremely beautiful and doesn't include retail...

I actually like the Symphony Center! It is one of my favorite buildings downtown, although I agree that it is in an odd location.
