Fantastic, TREY! You know, I'd love to ride the train through Greenville. While the West Greenville area is a little seedy, with a little help, it has the potential to be a great community. And, a train ride through Greenville could be really nice with all the mills and things in that area that are an ode to the past. Your picture has an old water tower in it that got me to thinking about this. I can really imagine riding through and seeing old mills that are vibrant again, those beautiful water towers painted nicely and the homes fixed up nice with others added. I think it would leave a lasting impression on people.

Beautiful capture of Court Square, Skyliner!

I wish they'd line up a tenant and get started on the Kimbrell's building!

That is a great shot, Skyliner! I agree with GvilleSC. I simply don't see why Dunkin Doughnuts isn't an obvious choice for one of the tenants there. :dontknow: Seems like a no-brainer to me.

Are we positive that it won't be Dunkin' Donuts? I agree that this would be a great location for them!

With their aggressive expansion strategy in the upstate, a downtown location (or two) seems very likely. For fellow health nuts, I recently learned that their entire menu is now trans fat free! :yahoo:

I realize that doughnuts are not healthy, but if you're gonna splurge it's at least nice to know you aren't damaging your heart with nasty trans fats. :)
