This is a great pic and really helps give a good look at how big of an impact the County Square, Scott Tower Site, and "408 Joe's Way" will have; as well as developments farther off in the pic; like Camperdown, former Cline property/Mural, and all the Rhett St/ Markley St projects, AND Unity Park.. You can also see where the "gaps" are or will be and where future development might be targeted. While not CBD, all of that is now part of downtown. The footprint is expanding greatly!
