After this week, if people do not believe in climate change, then nothing will convince them.

Hmm. I'm not sure how big of a deal it is. If we get 30s and snow in July I'll agree there's global warming for sure then. Lol. This weather pattern happens every year, so I'm not alarmed currently.

Tornado, flooding, then snow?

Nothing new to me. We've always gotten wacky weather in the winter here. I don't doubt the climate has changed some over the many many years, but it's not going to stay the same. In the same way that our bodies change over time. Snow in July would be cause for alarm. I'll stand by that.

Weather does not equal climate change.   However a more relevant observation for this area would be "multiple winters with minimal or no snow, record high average temperature over the summer, record high temperatures ever over time in AU.   This area has not had record summer heat for some time, but the other 2 are true.

Is the large swath of green space on the right side of the bottom photo what will be Unity Park? My daughter is moving there, and her mom was telling me about this huge park under development they will be able to walk to from their townhouse. I've traveled to Greenville for work and to visit relatives, for decades. I must say the synergy around Main Street and West End is impressive. With the addition of Unity Park, and the County office redevelopment, Greenville will take it to another level. Beautiful town.

You’re correct on the location— it’s going to be quite large.
