Thanks for posting this I had not seen it. As a resident of Easley, I am quite surprised there has not been more downtown investment or development over the past decade. We're getting the silos project but other than that downtown has been completely stagnant.

I already miss the "Wings" statues in Falls Park.  They became an integral part of the landscape.  This amazing collection of sculptures was admired by countless visitors and I shared photos with artists online who were extremely impressed by the beauty of our park as well.

The Jocassee Gorges Nature Preserve has been called one of the top 50 wild places in the world by National Geographic Magazine for its seemingly endless supply of rare and endangered plants and animals. Part of this preserve includes the beautiful and majestic Jumping Off Rock that overlooks Lake Jocassee. Pic taken today:

Meanwhile, Extreme Meteorologist Dr. Reed Timmer (Storm Chasers) has been spending time in the Upstate with his mom and has shared nice drone footage of the incredible fall foliage in our region.
