Thanks for the link. I agree with this quote from the story;

Condominium units, she said, are selling for $280 to $300 per square foot.

"I think that's a little too much for Greenville downtown," Matai said. "We're still not Manhattan or California. But people are paying it."

I think downtown is great and I would love to live there, but those prices are unsustainable for this area. I think the value of downtown property will continue to be high, but 300/sq ft is crazy for a town this size.

Good article. The real estate company talks about the "growth" and "vibrancy" of the Greenville market. Even compares downtown Greenville to their home office city (West Palm Beach) and how Greenville is progressing at a better rate with downtown. Nice to see these kinds of compliments! :D

My favorite part of the article is that the company showed intrest in purchasing more developments.This could possibly mean more developments could be on the way.
