I know everything is 'vapor' until we see the cranes but this is a very exiciting article. I had no idea about the new places to eat (3 or 4 by this fall) and the planned musical venues. Anyway a great read...

I just read that before looking here. It's pretty encouraging. The new restaurants are pretty exciting. I think when Icon breaks ground, we'll see the real surge begin.
