New mall in Walker

Im sure that in time you will see some bigger name stores go downtown and maybe even see another mall type setup (anyone remember City Center?). But i can almost guarentee this will not happen until we get more people living downtown in condo's and apartments. If all the proposed projects end up getting built we will be well on our way to this. There just needs to be more people living in "core" downtown to support something like this
