The streetscaping look great, and the plaza look quite inviting! I'd love for the City to find the will to bury the power lines.

it does and I agree with burying the power lines.  Maybe some nice brick crosswalks or make the entire block a brick street.

The owners of the Plush Mill have purchased the vacant 2.89 acre parcel immediately south of it. Sold for $805k on 11/20/18.

Any word on the status of the new office building planned for this space?  I assume COVID-19 slowed the progress of many co-working-related developments, but we're seeing rising confidence in our ability to successfully operate group activities again.

The City of Greenville will host a drop-in style meeting on Tuesday, May 4 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Village of West Greenville Plaza, located between Pendleton Street and Perry/Branwood Streets, to discuss proposed improvements in the area around the Flatiron Building at 1211 Pendleton Street and 1201 Pendleton Street. City staff and the owner of the Flatiron Building will be onsite to answer questions and discuss the project, which will include new lighting, new sidewalks, a new art plaza, new on-street parking and improvements to Burdette Street. There will not be a formal presentation, so area residents and business owners are invited to drop in anytime between 11:30 and 1:30.
