Great imagery. Yea- all federal roads made their marks on land and neighborhoods.

The Handee Mart shopping center in the heart of the commercial village (across from the Flat Iron building now under renovation) has survey stakes on every corner of the parcel. 

I have also heard from what seems to be a pretty credible source, that a major mixed use project is going in nearby, although you probably won't see or hear anything on it until after the end of the year.

Draper street doesn't seem anywhere near the swamp rabbit trail, how are they going to get a spur there? They'd have to build through a lot of other properties first. Not that I would complain.

I haven't seen any plans, but wouldn't it make a ton of sense to put a spur next to the train tracks from Unity Park through West Greenville behind Poe West? Perhaps the city is asking all future development to consider how that would integrate?
