Those look gorgeous, I have always wanted more hillside development in and around the city . . . only fear is that Pittsburgh was always unique in that it was urban and rural at the same time (imagine the square acreage contained in one slope going up about 400 feet, although only a city block wide when looking straight down a map in total area it is much much more). Remember the bobcat or some kind of wild cat that escaped from it's owners Squirrell Hill Home and roamed the east neighborhoods for years. That could never happen in a city like Chicago or Houston, but because of the wildlife rings with these hills there are literally thousands of little hiding places within a very urbanized area. I do like that it is green but some of these "greenbelts" should be saved as well. ;)
