Has anyone else noticed that you can see directly into the windows of those finished units from 131? Kind of stinks that you have those big windows and have to keep them covered all the time.

Yah, pretty much    Although you would be shocked to hear how many couples (with kids) are swingas in this town.  Especially a certain area of xxxxxxxxxxxxx.  I think it is weird

I would imagine reusing it for performances would be great. Blues, Comedy, Etc.

That would be an awesome name for such a place. If it didnt have a bunch of trademark red tape on it of course. If I had the capital I could see clearing out part of the first section for tables and chairs and leaving the balcony and a part of the rear seating for more audience members. Then staging concerts, and comedic performances. Only problem would be sound proofing, but I imagine since its a school 90% of that is already accomplished
