Charlotte Rated number 98 place to live..

I recently brought a book from the bookstore Cities Ranked and Rated. Which rates cities in the U.S. and Canada. Based on Economy and Jobs, Cost of Living, Climate, Education, Health and Health Care, Crime, Transportation, Leisure, Arts and Culture and Quality of Life. This is so wrong. Not only are we number 98 but Charlottesville, VA was number 1. Columbia SC was number 50. Fayettvile AR was number 27 Atlanta was number 7. Raleigh was number 13. Wichita, KS was number 35. What is up with this rating these people who wrote these books need to check at Charlotte agian and go through school agian.
