No, that one shows the two platforms that are there now. In the 80s, they tore down the old one and built the one you see here. The old one was about twice as tall, like I said, and had three platforms instead of two. Heck of a jump off the top.

Here's what it looked like in the early 30s:


And here's the one I'm talking about, built in the 40s (upper left):
