Downtown: Mystery Near 417

I think this area has some potential...

So while I was in the area I took the liberty to snap a few shots of it... although its just townhomes on the one corner now I think the future could hold big things for the blocks across from it... and this building happens to be in the shadow of the Bank of America building, so I wanted to shoot it up for visual.

What road are those townhomes on? Is the 417 you mentioned 417 Park Ave.?

Yes... and the name of this road is Meridian.

Well there is property just down the hill from this building... sorta near the "mystery development" that we've discussed.
