I love the black trim.  It was looking a bit too churchy with all those white crosses. 

 

Very classy addition.  I'm actually glad they stayed in the old property and continued its use.

It will be even better when they remove the temporary parking lot in front and re-landscaped.

They are actually going to do that? That is music to my ears. I hate the way this currently looks from Trade St. Not inviting at all.

I've gotta say I'm pretty pleased with the way this turned out. Plenty of courthouses out there look like bland turds.

I think this massive addition came out great and I like that is so different on the skyline than our glassy boxes.  sometimes additions look like  appendages this fits in well.

Agreed. Plus the new public space on trade street and the tribute to the old Mint site are going to be awesome for that part of Trade Street.

Federal Courthouses have a tendency to be built with purpose. I wouldn't be surprised if it look slike that because there is a Helicoptor landing pad or something up there.

Edit, just saw the roof pictures. No landing pad  But it is a surprisingly open sapce with nothing up there.
