The Ark Dem-Gaz had an article about home sales and average home prices in Arkansas. The info was provided by the Arkansas Realtors Association. As far as average home prices Fulton, Izard and Sharp Counties led with a little over $185,000. Although those figures are somewhat skewed because of some recent lake front developments. Washington County was next with around $179,000. Then Benton with $175,000, Pulaski with $167,000 and Saline with $144,000.
