Legacy Building in Fayetteville

Now that IS interesting. For us (as residents of Fayetteville and NWA) it's probably a bad thing because it means that building will continue to sit largely empty until all this is straightened out, but Barber actually has some pretty solid evidence against Legacy and Flake and Kelley. I don't think that these circumstances being absent would have ultimately led to the building staying in Barber's ownership, I'm pretty confident it would have been foreclosed on eventually given the sluggish market and outlook for selling those units, but the bank, and in turn the realtors, overstepped their bounds a bit, and it might bite them back pretty hard.
