Just an update on the Ventana mixed-use development under construction in Channelside, at 1112 Channelside Drive (N corner of Kennedy, opposite the streetcar stop). When complete in December 2006, the 11 story project will include 84 residential units and 7,578sf of retail space. Residents will also be able to walk to next door (to the NE) to Grand Central at Kennedy, a 392 unit development, also under construction, that will include an urban grocery store.
