Clearwater Place Tour

AIA Grand Valley is hosting a tour of the newly renovated Clearwater Place on Wed. Aug. 31st. Non-associate members are welcome to attend (says the website). A really cool facility. Mike Devries will be leading the tour. You have to RSVP to attend:

I hear about half or more has been leased to an insurance company, and there will also be residential space/mixed use space.
