As far as actual teller windows go, not ATMs, here's a photo I took last weekend of one I really liked in downtown Shreveport. It's on the bottom floor of a parking garage, so it's protected from the elements, and it's got multiple teller lanes for efficiency and speed.

Yeah, but this garage was here long before the casino industry, so I assume the bank drive-thru was as well. I could be wrong, though, based on the striping on the floor of the garage. Looks like there may have been parking spaces there at one time.

Here's a BankRI in East Providence, RI. The building is built to the street with rear parking, and the drive thru window is in a cut-out through the middle of the building:

I have direct deposit and a debit card, so I rarely have to use the drive-thru. If I have to deposit money or have an issue, I just go inside where it's warm and pleasant and talk to the teller in person.
