Question about downtown Philadelphia

I was just curious I was in philadelphia for a whole week last week and I noticed there aren't any cranes downtown so I was just wonderin if their were any proposed or under construction office buildings. The only one I heard about was comcast center.

Most are condo projects, we only have 3 office projects, cira centre by caesar pelli, which opens in November, cira centre Comcast which is a hole

in the ground and new studios and offices for Viacom's local t.v. station, only 8 stories and construction has not started.

Come back in 18 months and see the new additions.

I know that there are a lot of very impressive condo projects going up between downtown and the airport though.
