City View Phase 3 (Under Construction)

New construction application has been submitted for a 4-story office building named "1-Constitution". This is for that small remaining parcel at the corner of Constitution and Bonney. Renaming this thread is "Phase 3" and pinning.

Solid development and an extra floor over what they marketed the site for. Curious if they intend to occupy or if it’s speculative. If the latter then it could be a good barometer for a certain other long-planned office development nearby. Assuming nobody’s seen any renderings. I couldn’t find any.

Believe it or not, it's actually taller than it was supposed to be 😅. Originally slated to be a 1-2 story building.

Definite suburban office park vibes, which matches what's across the street. At least it adds to density though.
