The building in NYC is called the Millennium Tower. Both it and the Quorum Center were designed by Handel Architects.

The residents of the Quorum must be coordinating their Christmas trees. Coming from the north, somewhere around a dozen white light trees are visible. With the floor to ceiling windows, its looks quite nice. Take a look if you get a chance after sunset.

Could be on purpose. Like HOA's, many condo associations have limits/guidelines on holiday displays---especially lights.

The "All-White-No-Blinking" rule is the most common...and in multi-unit housing like that, I think that's pretty reasonable. It looks good.

Since there's no more condos going up, I guess the NO is trying to dig for other stories. Here's one on the QC's green roof. I saw this at the DTR home tour. Nice.
