Ok this is real nice. Southwood seems to be getting even more attention. It's also good to see this particular credit union expand through the city of Tallahassee.

I wish Florida Commerce would do an expansion... we could use more than what they've given us downtown... its hardly accessable... and we could also use a branch here on the west side... other than that small thing on Capital Circle.

Florida commerce does need to expand from that little thing on Capital Circle. You would think this credit union would have it's on building.

I've heard rumor that FL Commerce will put a building on the corner of Tharpe and CC... we'll see what comes of those plans soon I hope.

that could be good. It seems that there is land in that little area.

Yeah... I think the major reason for their expansion is their failure to recognize the major impact the Automotive sales industry would have on that branch.

Still, they need another west side location, or if they don't want to go west side they could purchase the old spot across from the civic center where we used to pay our utility bills.

Speaking of places to pay utility bills...

Why is the Payment center still open on Monroe, just blocks away from the Frenchtown Renissance building where we are SUPOSSED to pay our bills now.

i am a fan of drive through bill paying... the renessaince center doesnt have those options does it?!

What the Renessaince center offers something a little better than drive thru... and it's quicker.

UPDATE...Looks like construction is about to begin on the new Southeast Corporate Credit Union Services Building in SouthWood. They were issued an actual building permit last week after paying off the outstanding permit fee balance & there is finally some activity on the site.

Sorry I don't have a real picture to provide for everyone but the steel frame for this new SECU Services headquarters building is in place & the building outline is really starting to take shape. Although it's not a highrise, it's still been cool seeing a crane sticking up in the skyline at this project site!
