Ski 93: Values soaring for condos, undeveloped land

The second-home property market along Ski 93 country has gone from stagnant to booming, with mountain-view lots from Campton to Lincoln increasing 250 percent in value over the last two years, according to real estate agents.

"The change has been phenomenal," said Alan Whitney, an agent with Mountain Country Realty in Campton.
