It's nice, but I still like the gothic brick building that they scrapped for this. I'm not gonna complain though, it'll turn out to be a nice infill project.

These look slightly better in these photos than they do in person. Often, the bricks have an unsightly dark purple look, and instead of having a brownstone feel, the staircases give a feeling of coldness and disconnectedness from the street.

Seriously, what architecture firm works with TBC? I think most of their recent stuff has been woefully inadequate from a design perspective and they should be ashamed.
