that is what I like about Charlotte, there is something for everyone. There is a place to live out in the sprawl and there are some more classic neighborhoods.

.....Its worrisome when people enjoy Stonecrest in S Charlotte more then say a gallery crawl in NoDa or simply strolling along central in Plaza-Midwood. But thats just my opinion.

Indeed. Unfortunately Noda is much less funky than it was just 3-4 years ago. Several places have sold out to "the man" and have been replaced by generic buildings. I used to enjoy going to Noda, but so much anymore. Even some of the gallerys have been leaving.
