Does anybody think it will ever be developed? I believe WBBM does has a firm commitment for a new studio. On the other hand, the last I heard is they still can't find any retail anchors. And I believe there is an ongoing debate about condos vs. a hotel or both. And the CTA's broke, even if they can find the money for the world's greatest subway station, I really hope they realize there are much more pressing needs elsewhere in the system. Even though this is the most advanced set of plans yet, it still doesn't seem like it's going anywhere fast.
