The tower itself looks very well designed and planned, and the whole plan looks good.

Not really, its 2 years after this was supposed to be done at least, and all thats left is a giant hole in the middle of downtown, on 8th Street were a lot of Street level retail is, its truly sad, and angering at the same time.
