Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates has designed the 484m, 118 floors tall Union Square Phase 7. The building will be the tallest building in Hong Kong, some 60m taller than Two International Finance Center which is the current tallest building. The construction started in 2004 and is expected to be completed in 2007.

Union Square Phase 7 is the tallest building in the Union Square complex. Union Square is situated on the opposite side of the harbour to International Finance Center and downtown Hong Kong. The complex contains several buildings with office and residential usage, and will be completed in 2008.

Construction update:

The current status is that 4 construction phases is completed, while there are three left to be completed. Those are Union Square Phase 5, 6 and 7.
